Market Mind Academy Pvt. Ltd. is an education company that teaches technical analysis, market structure, risk management, and trading psychology through video courses and live trading room sessions, and that develops the EasyPro Indicator, a TradingView charting tool. Our video courses, including the Stock Market Master Class series, are delivered through our learning platform partner. Course access, once granted, is for your personal, non-commercial, educational use only.
The EasyPro Indicator is delivered as an invite-only script on TradingView. Access is granted for the plan duration you purchase (weekly or monthly) and is tied to the TradingView username you provide at checkout.
Our Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, you may use our Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway partner. We do not store your full card, UPI, or net banking credentials; these are handled directly by our payment gateway partner under its own security standards.
Courses and EasyPro Indicator plans are eligible for a refund only within the specific windows set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All course content, video lessons, written material, the EasyPro Indicator script and its logic, our logo, and our brand name are the intellectual property of Market Mind Academy Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors. Purchasing a course or an indicator plan gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use that content or tool; it does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Our courses may be hosted on third-party learning platforms, and the EasyPro Indicator is delivered through TradingView. These platforms are operated independently of Market Mind Academy Pvt. Ltd., and we are not responsible for their uptime, features, or their own terms of service, though we will try to assist with access issues where we reasonably can.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Market Mind Academy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid Service is limited to the amount you paid for that Service in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms, our course content, or the EasyPro Indicator's features from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
